Development Review Board
Meets the 1st Thursday monthly at 7:00 PM
Hybrid (Zoom and In-Person in Council Chambers at City Hall)
The Development Review Board is made up of nine members. Responsibilities of the Development Review Board include:
- Reviewing and approving major land developments
- Reviewing and approving subdivisions of land
- Hearing and deciding on requests for zoning variances
- Hearing and deciding on appeals of Zoning Administrator decisions
Agendas are posted on this website, in the Times Argus, in City Hall and posted on Front Porch Forum and on the City's Facebook page.
Each member serves a 4-year term.
