Policies

 These policies apply to full-time and part-time employees of the City of Barre. Except by separate written agreement, elected officers and their statutory assistants, members of City boards and commissions, volunteers, seasonal employees and persons who provide the City with services on a contract basis are not covered by this policy. Except in those instances where employees subject to an employment contract or a Collective Bargaining Agreement are subject to different policies pursuant to that Agreement, in which instances the policies of the employment contract or a Collective Bargaining Agreement shall prevail.
